Zephyr Suite is an AI-powered tool that generates real estate listing descriptions. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended to assist real estate professionals in creating property descriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about properties
  • Review and verify all AI-generated content before use
  • Comply with all applicable Fair Housing laws and MLS rules
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All listing descriptions generated by Zephyr are AI-assisted and should be reviewed for accuracy before publication. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content used complies with:

  • Fair Housing Act requirements
  • Your local MLS rules and regulations
  • State and federal advertising laws
  • Accuracy of property details

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the property information you provide. AI-generated descriptions are provided for your use in marketing the specified properties. Zephyr Suite retains rights to the underlying AI technology and service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zephyr Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
